Dance is something that is definitely a common thread throughout all cultures. It is done to express great emotion. I'm glad that Jenkins was eager to choreograph in different cultures. What our entertainment communities need are more people like her. People who are willing to step out of their comfort zones to pick up new trends and techniques to integrate into their background. If we do this, theoretically, we should get a style of dance that is the most interesting aesthetically and in meaning.
