Disney picks Georgia for Cyrus flick

Wilmington NC News: "Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue announced yesterday the Disney movie The Last Song will be filmed in and around Savannah this summer. Georgia had been contending with North Carolina for the film, which the governor's office says will bring about 250 jobs to the state."

The comments at the bottom of this article are hilarious. Two members are fighting over whether Miley Cyrus is a good influence on children on not. Forget the fact that she is making a movie in Georgia that will be bringing jobs to the area, they want to discuss how one man's child is not allowed to watch Hannah Montana because the father believes it is a corrupt show.
Bringing jobs to the area sounds great for their local economy, though I wish I knew more of the reason of why Georgia was picked over North Carolina.
