Stop Long Meetings!

My favorite tip for ending overly-long meetings: every person must drink a liter of water before the meeting can begin.
I actually like the liter of water thing, and though I found the ideas offered in the article valid, I whish there were more unique ideas for speeding up meetings and making the most of the group time. Arrive early and have an agenda are somewhat of "no brainers."
Teddy's right. Some of the ideas in this article are interesting, but many are things that anyone who has actually been to a meeting could tell you.
