Stage Review: 'Macbeth' fails to capitalize on setting

i have definitely seen similar situations where groups do a performance in an unusual and unique space, but treat it just like a normal blank stage. it is so disappointing because if they do interact and incorporate the environment it can be so much more interesting, but if they don't than the environment just becomes a distracting backdrop of the whole play.
