I have been wondering this for quite some time. With projection design seeming to be the new frontier in terms of both theater and entertainment technology, where does this category fit in? I find it hard to associate them with either lighting or scenic. It seems to me that projection design will start to take over certain scenic areas with the experimentation of projected spaces, but at the same time, it is not anything that requires the team that traditional scenic elements need. I will be interested I hearing the outcome of the meeting.
