Do Not Neglect Your Personal Space in Pursuit of Your Dreams
lifehack.org: "While pursuing your dreams, there are times that you get so engrossed in your own worries, anxieties and challenges that you forget that the real reason why you work hard is to be able to do what you really want in life. These aspects could include playing golf, going on a trek or spending time with your family and kids."

I agree very much with this article. Sometimes we get so caught up in doing our best and being perfect that we forget to set aside time for our wellbeing. We need that time off, just to sit and relax, read a book, go out with friends, bond with your family, in order to be able to do your best when you DO work, not to mention staying sane. Yes, your dreams are very important. But it's alright - and will help you in the long run.
I agree with this article. It is so easy to get caught up in our workaholic world that we forget about the things that are really important to us. We let those things slip by, and by the time we realize they are gone it is too late. It is so important to live in the moment and not to cross paths with things like work and family. This isn't easy, but it is essential. We need to all slow down and learn enjoy life while we still have it to live.
I live this article and I'm glad I've been able to push myself to do it. I have to big loves in life right now - theatre and Wushu. No matter how hard everything gets though, no matter how much work, I still find the time to indulge in Wushu. Although it does become extremely difficult at times the fact that I do it, and that I am able to do it makes me that much happier over-all. I think if I had to give up Wushu completely I'd be miserable at this point. o_O And of course, I still find the time to hang out with friends, watch movies, and learn how to cook. =)
