I really enjoyed watching this production. I thought that it was well designed and the acting and directing was very good. At first, I was worried that the play would be stuffy and boring, but the new adaptation made it very engaging and gave it contemporary relevance. I think that updating a show is always tricky, but the new text coupled with the somewhat abstract design concept was really successful. The shifts could have been clunky and awkward, but the designers and the director clearly had a concept in mind for how to move the set around as it was being designed, something that is often missed.

I was surprised to find a youthful, fiesty quality in this production of "London Cuckolds". I felt like the actors were having as much fun as the audience was. It truly was a joy to watch! Congrats everyone!
I can't wait to see this production. From what I have heard and read it seems to be really well done. I hope to see it Wednesday or Thursday evening and cannot wait!
You could definitely tell that the actors were having a great time putting on this production, and that made the show even more fun to watch. The actors played off each other very well; I laughed a lot.

Truly, I was incredibly impressed with the work of our peers and the final product. To have finished a show of such scale is a huge accomplishment, but to do so to such great effect? Stunning.

London Cuckolds was an absolute joy. I've been dragging people from other parts of the school in to see it at every chance I get. I'm glad we're doing so accessible a production to other majors. I remember trying to explain The Other Shore to people at the beginning of the school year and being met with only disinterest and confusion. I've actually had non-Purnell-folk stop me and ask how they can get tickets.
The production was very good. It is true what they said about comedy being very difficult and when I saw the production there were some bits that did not work at all. I'm curious to see if the comedic timing improves as the production continues. The design was interesting and the teacher's playing the husbands was very entertaining to watch. I'm interested to see what everyone thought in the conservatory hour review of the show.
I had such a good time at this production. I wasn't aware of how raunchy it was going to be, and I was a little worried about how the whole student/faculty relationships thing was going to pan out. But I think the show was done very well. It was a very funny show, and although at first I was worried it was going to be a little dull, I really enjoyed the full project. I also loved the transitions and music. Like it was said in the conservatory hour meeting, they really were like a dance. I especially loved the incorporation of the run crew in "roles" in the changes.
