TAIT HQ seems like such a fun place to work. I feel like TAIT can almost be called the Google of our industry. It seems like they have really taken into account making sure their employees are having fun at work while also getting what they need to do done. A lot of research has shown that having fun workplaces encourages creativity and keeps people productive. Aaron Benson really shows us this mentality not only in what he says but how he says it. Aaron seems like he is having a good time doing what he loves. This is exactly what I hope for in whatever job I land after college. While it may seem dumb to say, I do believe that if you enjoy what you do you will never work a day in your life. I hope to end up somewhere where I am having fun every day while still getting to work on cool projects.
