Holocaust Survivor Recalls 'Brundibar,' a Children's Opera

The New York Times: Dagmar Lieblova was 14 in 1943, when she sang in the children’s opera “Brundibar” at the Terezin concentration camp near Prague. The performance was part of a Nazi effort to present the camp as a model ghetto rather than a transit point to Auschwitz and the gas chambers.
