Kids festival moving to Cultural District

TribLIVE: A new Downtown location, a kid-friendly pop-up park and seven theater performances will mark the 28th EQT Pittsburgh International Children's Festival.
The festival, which is presented by Pittsburgh International Children's Theatre, a division of Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, will run from May 14 to 18 in five locations within Pittsburgh's Cultural District, Downtown.
Past children's festivals have taken place in Oakland and the North Side.
