Entertainment Venue Should Consider Cost Certainty for Fans
Ticketing Today: For the average entertainment venue, ensuring cost certainty with patrons would be a new challenge. This process wasn’t as necessary a few decades ago, when the per capita ancillary ecosystem didn’t have prices climbing like the stock market. However, with dynamic and variable pricing — not just for tickets but also concessions, parking and merchandise — venue operators need to ensure that their prices aren’t creating a budget barrier for potential customers.
