NYTimes.com: The bumpy road for the Sheryl Crow-Barry Levinson musical “Diner,” based on Mr. Levinson’s 1982 film, is not leading to San Francisco or New York first (as originally planned) but rather to Arlington, Va., where Signature Theater will stage a world premiere production in December, the theater announced on Tuesday night.
