Hot spot? Not so much

www.vancouversun.com: Stating that Vancouver is still a hot spot for post-production in general is misleading and untrue. The visual effects industry (vfx) is only one part of postproduction. Post-production covers a wide range of creative talent and services, including picture and sound editing labour, labs and sound houses. Many of us spent years building up the industry working on documentaries, TV series, and feature films in this province well before there was a vfx industry here.
