Pappas serves up 'Superior Donuts'

Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: "It's a well-known fact that Ted Pappas puts a lot of time and effort into his homework. Typically, he spends much of his summer vacation time at his house in Greece researching, planning and preparing for the shows he will direct that season. 'I do spend a lot of time prepping,' Pappas says. 'A Shakespeare (production) takes a year. Our musicals take a long time, too,' But, a change of plans has him serving up a last-minute order for 'Superior Donuts.'
