Yugma: Free Online Conferencing Tool Gets an Upgrade «
Web Worker Daily: "Yugma is one of my favorite free, web-hosted applications. I’ve written about it before here and now it’s out in a new version 3 that offers some useful enhancements. The rollout of version 3 included a few bug fixes, but it’s now stable. If you haven’t tried Yugma, it’s a great way to hold virtual meetings for Windows, Mac and Linux users."

highly recommend this for free online meetings. great for impromptu or planned meetings - very intuitive and easy in all ways.
In a world where communication across vast distances is vital, I can see how a communication tool like this can be a great asset. Video-chats are becoming the new way for interaction, and if it becomes popular enough, it could potentially save people thousands of dollars in travel expenses when conducting meetings. It makes for a much more professional atmosphere than a speaker-phone conference call.
