Constructive criticism

These are some good suggestions to delivering criticism, but I think these can easily apply to talking about people in general, whenever criticizing anything people have done weather it it to their face or not, I think it is important to empathize and offer constructive suggestions that will help them get into a better situation rather than attack them, which just makes you, the critic look like a worse person.
