I personally did not know that the writers strike was effecting the film industry as well as the TV industry. This really surprises me that these two kinds of writing are in the same contract. It's also strange that all of the writers for TV and Film are on strike as well as Local One. Do these two have anything to do with each other or is it a coincidence. Also I think everyone agrees that its a good thing that big name productions like "The Da Vinci Code 2: Angels and Demons" have stopped thier pre-production.
