It sounds like they have a lot of interesting events planned. I hadn't heard about this "Festival of lights" prior to reading this article. That sounds like something that would be worth the trip in to the city to see. I wonder if it is just one person/organization tasked with lighting all of the buildings, or if they have assembled an interesting group of studio artists, lighting designers, etc
