Resolve Conflict Quickly with The Four Agreements
43 Folders: "I dread conflict. In fact, when I know a confrontation is imminent, it’s all I can think about. I mull it over when I could be labeling file folders, I ponder it while my inbox burgeons, while my 3x5 cards gather dust. Conflict is my productivity disaster."

Can this please be required reading for all college freshmen? Or just required reading for people in life? Maybe if this was somehow a requirement for a high school diploma, that'd work.
I can't tell you how many times I've heard people complain about what a bitch or asshole or incompetent prick someone is and use that as an excuse to half-ass work or be just as much of a bitch, asshole, or prick back to them. You as your own self-centric universe have absolutely NO IDEA what another human being feels, thinks, or experiences, and you cannot base your reactions to them on the assumptions you make about any of the above.
