Three Rivers Arts Festival will dig in at Gateway Plaza
Post Gazette: "This summer's Three Rivers Arts Festival -- displaced from its traditional home by renovations to Point State Park -- will be headquartered in the Gateway Plaza traffic island, site of the Steelers' Super Bowl victory party last year and the New Year's Eve fireworks celebration Downtown."
