JS Online: "Was it a 14th-century trunk-style suitcase or a piece of furniture Lear was taking along? Theater insiders got into a pretty big argument over that, but it's hardly anything to make a federal case over, right?
Wrong.
The question landed the theater's management and its union of stage workers in court Wednesday for a trial in front of U.S. Magistrate Judge Aaron Goodstein."

wow! i never realized how seriously union contracts were taken...i mean federal court for a prop or scene piece sounds kind of insane to me. plus i think no matter who was right, whether it was a prop or scenery it could have been decided outside a court of law within some other form. insanity.
