Met Opera wrings pay cuts from unions

Crain's New York Business: The two large unions that reached tentative deals with the Metropolitan Opera early Monday morning have agreed to cut a little more than 5% of their members' compensation during the first year of the four-year contract, growing to 7% in the second and third years, according to sources familiar with the negotiations.
