Artists of color say Pittsburgh has "perfected racism." What would real progress look like?

Visual Art | Pittsburgh | Pittsburgh City Paper: On paper, Pittsburgh looks like a vibrant arts city. It also looks like a city with serious racial inequities. Artists of color say it's both. They likewise say this doesn't need to be the case.
