Project Manager - Video / Projection

I think it's kind of funny that ads like these seem to spell out, "This is exactly what we want to hear from you in an interview.". I'm not saying it's bad to emphasize what you want, but it seems like someone who is not perfect at all for the job, but knows enough about the skill areas, could take this information to tailor a perfect interview and get the job regardless.
Also when did having a "personal vehicle" become a job requirement for anything other than pizza delivery people?
