CBC News: "American composer and lyricist Stephen Sondheim is to receive the Special Award at Britain's Laurence Olivier Awards in recognition of his contribution to London theatre.
Sondheim, 80, is expected to attend the award ceremony, an annual gala recognizing the best in London theatre scheduled for March 13 at Theatre Royal Drury Lane.
