Gilmore Girl Lauren Graham is Broadway's new doll

Post Gazette: "At Lauren Graham's first rehearsal for her Broadway debut in 'Guys and Dolls,' the star of TV's long-running 'Gilmore Girls' felt a twinge of insecurity when the actors were asked how many times they've been cast in a Broadway show."

I absolutely love Lauren Graham (and Gilmore Girls). It is so exciting seeing her transition to Broadway after being on Gilmore Girls for so long and in several movies. I think this is a great transition for her and I hope she does well on Broadway! Break a Leg Lauren!

Like Katherine, I am also excited to see Lauren transition from television to Broadway. Her witty comedic timing and warm presence are sure to make her a star onstage. I hope she does well on Broadway! I'm rooting for her!

Lauren Graham is my absolute favorite! I loved her in Gilmore Girls and watched her show religiously. I think that she is a very talented actress that has a very wide range of characters and i would love to see what she could do onstage.

I'm also a fan of Lauren Graham, but I feel like this whole situation is kind of gimmicky--"Come see Guys and Dolls! Lauren Graham takes her clothes off!" However, I am happier to see Lauren Graham on Broadway than some other celebrities that have received Broadway credits recently.

I'd be very excited to see Lauren Graham in something other than Gilmore Girls. I still feel that casting actors from other mediums in stage productions is a little bit of a publicity ploy, especially as acting for stage and film/TV are so different. Still, good for Laure Graham and I hope this is the start of a larger trend of stage acting for her!

I think Lauren Graham is a fantastic actress whose enthusiasm and charisma shine both on stage and on screen. I'm looking forward to her performances and to her growth on stage.
