FocusTrack 2.0 Software Announced at USITT & Review
iSquint: "FocusTrack, the Production Lighting Documentation software is set to announce the release of version 2.0 of FocusTrack at USITT today. FocusTrack is a database system designed for keeping track of how lights are used within a show."

Looks like John McKernon is going to have a run for his money! Well, not really, as the description doesn't say whether the software is designed for paperwork management and updating, but sounds as if it should be capable. The idea of using the actual show file to update focus or update paperwork is incredibly intriguing. A merging of LW with Focus Track, but something that could handle REAL TIME tracking would be fantastic. How about a video camera that made notes during focus FOR YOU?
