I would like to know more about the circumstances of this accident. Did the venue have appropriate marking for the front of the stage (lights, toe rail, etc.), or did the guy just defeat these safety measures? When I hear about accidents like these, I would like to know more about them so I can learn how to prevent them more effectively.
