Jasmine Guy thriving in another "Different World"
AccessAtlanta: "Jasmine Guy has had a hit TV series, cut an album, performed on Broadway and, more recently, paused to work on her personal life and raise a child. Now the 46-year-old actress who played spoiled college kid Whitley Gilbert on TV’s “A Different World” is back in her hometown of Atlanta to direct her first play."

She has a different outlook on things... Whenever I think of Colored Girls, the first thing that comes to my mind is younger girls dealing with the pain and suffering that is the lives they're leading. I don't really know how I feel about her vision but I am excited to see what the outcome is! One of my favorite parts of this short article is when she refered to her revalation as a meteaphor when someone has gone to church. I liked that meteaphor. We will see how this reunion further prceeds itself and how the directing of such a diverse show goes.
By the way, I didnt know we had to put our names on it, the last comment was mine, Paige Borah:)
