UCLA to cancel festival opener
Variety: "The visa application for Austrian actor Martin Niedermair has been rejected by the Dept. of Homeland Security, forcing UCLA Live to cancel the first production of its Intl. Theater Festival."

It's a shame to see politics like this block the growth and transfer of art. I hope they succeed in rescheduling the show. The article does leave some ambiguity over who ultimately blocked it - equity of DHS?
