Will the strike's mark be permanent?
Hollywood Reporter: "It's too early to tell if the footnote will simply say 'the season was affected by the WGA strike' or '2008-09 was the season that broke the traditional development cycle,' but it certainly jolted some decades-old TV rituals."

It's interesting different networks decided to take a different take on the strike and what to do after. But the WGA strike is one of those things that we will not be able to talk about for a while in case anybody can jinx it. It seems like a domino effect or a butterfly effect, where one thing just shakes up the entire industry.
