Arthur Bicknell’s ‘Moose Murders,’ Floppiest of Broadway Flops, Again Raises Its Antlers
New York Times: "It is generally not a good sign for a Broadway show when people leave the opening-night party early. That is what Arthur Bicknell noticed at the celebration for the premiere of his play. As soon as the dessert forks were down, there they went, acquaintances, cast members, even family, out the door of Sardi’s restaurant. A friend finally approached with a report on the reviews."

I think it is very big of this man to embrace his failure so unashamedly. I hope that there is some new spin on this revival performance, though.
It unfortunate that bad productions can taint a person's name forever. Bad theater happens. How would there be good theater if there was nothing to compare it to? Agreeing with Laura, props to anyone who brushes it off and moves on.
