Playbill News: "The 2007-08 season of the Philly Pops will offer Broadway Showstoppers concerts Sept. 30 and Oct. 3, 5, 6 and 7.
The theme of this year's concerts, which feature the Philly Pops orchestra under the direction of Peter Nero, is the 'Best of the Tony Awards.' The concerts, which will boast tunes from Tony-winning shows, will feature the vocal talents of Lisa Vroman (The Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables), Rachel York (Camelot, The Scarlet Pimpernel) and Doug LaBrecque (The Phantom of the Opera, Show Boat)."
