I believe that the religious leaders concern for teir community is justified. Though they may not be negotioators selected by the town they are community leaders who have a right and duty to be concerned for the wellbeing of theur comunity. This building seems that it has been well planned to have the correct amounts of impact on the surrounding community in the proper ways. Visually it will not become an eyesore and as far as the people who will be attracted to the events held in an arena is usually a fair sampling of the people in the fan comunity. Though arena workers may be of "colored minorities" it would certainly be unbecoming of the local community to make them feel unwanted or unwelcome.
