THE LUNATIC 'FRINGE'

New York Post: "WADING through the catalog of the New York International Fringe Festival, now in its 11th year, is like panning for gold. Featuring some 190 productions from no fewer than nine foreign countries and 17 states, the Fringe, which runs from Friday through Aug. 26, can be quite forbidding, especially considering its high percentage of dross."
