Grove Playhouse averts foreclosure
MiamiHerald.com: "The embattled Coconut Grove Playhouse has dug out from under one of its major financial burdens after the theater raised more than $470,000 to pay a creditor and prevent a scheduled foreclosure auction of a portion of its property."
