Cry-Baby Aims for Broadway in Spring 2008 after La Jolla Debut
Broadway.com Buzz: "The musical adaptation of John Waters' 1990 film Cry-Baby is aiming for Broadway next spring. According to a season preview announcement, the show will begin previews in March 2008 and open in April after a world-premiere production at La Jolla Playhouse this fall. Cry-Baby will be directed by Mark Brokaw and choreographed by Rob Ashford; no casting has been announced."
