Theatre Charges Equity with Tampering

Backstage: "Officials for American Girl Place theatre in Manhattan charged Actors' Equity Association with unfair labor practices on Wednesday, maintaining in a filing to the National Labor Relations Board that the union has offered memberships to actors in exchange for their support in an upcoming election, which is scheduled to be held Nov. 17 and 18."
