for the calendar project, its fair to assume that design and preconstruction for a production has already been done, correct?

Answer:

You may assume that the Design, Budget, and Preconstruction of the first large show are already done - and that the first large show may begin build in week one of the fall.

You may assume that the Design of the second show is already done.

These things would have had to have happened in the prior spring. You should indicate these phases for the first two shows of the following year in the spring of your calendar if you plan to utilize that scheduling mode for your first two shows.

Medium and small shows may not begin their process prior to the start of classes in the fall.
