If either are tru, I wonder which side nightmares fall under.
I just love sleeping. Going to bed knowing that the following morning you won´t hear the alarm clock, is a real pleasure. For that reason, personally I think that having a sleeping disorder must be horrible... To me, the article lacks a reference about how boredom can lead to a recomforting nap...
sleeping is the one that i love the most ever, but i fall asleep in a minute every night. it's just because of all the works.! when it comes to a conversation about sleeping, i feel like crying..
i agree with emily. this article makes me sad. and by sad i really mean tired. i wonder if they've done a study comparing to increased sleep with decreased food and vice versa. however, this article did teach me that i'm sleep deprived with the under 5 minute thing.
I dream a lot, but only on weekends. It is interesting to see how the sleep cycle works for sleep-deprived people (what a great sampling we have). For the truly deprived, when you fall asleep, you will almost immediately enter the REM cycle and remain in that state for hours (much different from the short bursts during normal sleep). This can lead to very long very intense dreams. So get your ZZZZZs, kids.
