My personal favorite, or rather, the most outragous example of email security is typing in your email adress as a long sentence. for example MichaelRicoCohen %$at@$ gmail __--dot__ com. I think its a bit much to codify you adress that much. I also finally understand why nearly every email sent in Drama has the body of the attachment in the body of the email as well, to be nice to the blackberry and non adobe people.
Another good reason to upload attachments to the web or insert quotes rather than attach files to emials is that many computers and programs are not compatible with the ones you use. this can affect anything from a file's layout to not being able to open in the first place. the web is a nice way to have everyone see what you wanted them to see in the way you wanted them to see it. - Maddie Regan
