Chicago based firm in business for 27 years as a designer and builder of tradeshow exhibits, theater, museum exhibits, attractions and television projects seeks entry level project manager. Will work to oversee fabrication, subcontractors, installation and coordination of all client and project team activities to ensure accurate, timely, on-budget completion. Formal project management training/education desired and 3 years direct experience preferred. Working knowledge of various software (eg. MS Word, Excel, Project, Auto CAD), budgeting, managing relationships, and high level problems solving skills. Industry knowledge highly desirable. Must demonstrate good communication, interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism. Hands on experience related to design, engineering, estimating, and wood/metal fabrication or general construction desired. Full benefits package, competitive salary and profit sharing available.
