TrainingTechDirector (3:20:25 PM): ok so in our materials do we have to include rigging hardwear or is that a stock thing and in labor do we have to account for instailling it or is that not accounted for in the build

TechDirectorTrainer (3:21:41 PM): and you have to account for the attaching of the hardware to the scenery

TechDirectorTrainer (3:23:04 PM): I think saying that all the hardware would be in stock would be a mistake

TechDirectorTrainer (3:23:37 PM): usually I would come up for an allowance for each hanging point
TechDirectorTrainer (3:23:58 PM): something short of the full cost, but still putting some money in for the stuff I do wind up having to buy
TrainingTechDirector (3:24:08 PM): ok, so can i just make a estimate a price for flying materials, or do i have to estimate for each individual thing?

TechDirectorTrainer (3:24:44 PM): and then on each sheet do "rigging point" and the number of points
