Some of those designs are quite inventive...the brillo pads on the bike pedals...the straw to hold the post it notes...ok...but some of them weren't all that special at all. Like the bag turned into a...bag...I hope that designer got a big slap on the wrist. I think this is a good exercise to get the mind working and to realize that even when creating something new, we often turn to whats around us. But taking something and turning it into something sort of similar isn't really stretching the mind. It's just the bag reinventing the...bag...
