Child Wrangler

San Jose Repertory Theatre is looking for a Child Wrangler for the rehearsals and run of A Christmas Story. The starting date is October 30th (first day of rehearsal) and ends on closing day, December 30th. We will not be pulling the kids from school, so for the first few weeks of rehearsal they will be called 4-7pm on weekdays and 11am-5pm on weekends. Once we have opened, the child wrangler and the children will only have show calls. The Child Wrangler needs to have backstage experience, know how to communicate properly with stage management, know how to take blocking and to be comfortable backstage and dealing with props and costumes. There are 7 kids in the show ranging from 10 to 14 years old. If interested call Laxmi Kumaran, Production Stage Manager at 408-367-7283

I wouldn't touch this unless you REALLY like kids and can deal with bodily fluids.
