Did Critics Think Life is Beautiful in the West End's Cabaret Revival?

Theatre.com: "The West End’s new production of the John Kander, Fred Ebb and Joe Masteroff’s classic musical Cabaret has opened at the Lyric Theatre, with a cast that features National Theatre actress Anna Maxwell Martin making her musical theatre debut as Sally Bowles, James Dreyfus as the Emcee, Sheila Hancock as Fraulein Schneider, and Michael Hayden returning to the role of Clifford Bradshaw that he has previously played on Broadway in a different production. This staging is directed by Rufus Norris and choreographed by Javier de Frutos. Did critics enjoy coming to the cabaret, old chum? "

How many times has this show been revived? It's a wonder that people can still make money off of it! This is one thing that I find incredibly fascinating about theatre. Each production, including revivals, has a new perspective and puts a new spin on an old script. It would be very interesting to see what they have done with the show this time around.
