There are so many possibilities here for people to be creative and work with their hands! I believe that is one of the problems of today's world, we have a mass amount of people who sit around on computers or watch T.V. all day and don't ever make anything. It is great to know that there are people out there who want to work with their hands and be innovative. There was a Maker Faire in Houston that I went to, and it was so cool! There were 3D printers at work, along with robots moving around the convention center, and tons of new ideas being generated on the gasoline issue and other ways of getting power. There were also people who made models of battleships, as well as neat jewelry and funky crafts. It looks like the Pittsburgh one has some fabulous exhibitions on the schedule! I would encourage everyone to go!
