Disclaimer: I don't know much about this. At all. Shouldn't SAG-AFTRA have redesigned their structure last year when they merged? This article makes it seem like they rushed into the merger without planning it out and are now frantically trying to work out fairly basic things like personnel, locals, etc. It makes me wonder what they were trying to accomplish by merging, and if this will, in the long run, be the best idea or not.
