Habit List

Habit List: Habit List includes everything you need to reach your goals, wrapped in a beautiful and intuitive interface. It motivates you, helps you stay focused, and keeps you on track. It’s for all the little things that make a big difference.

This seems like a pretty good app. I think this would work particularly well for people who have trouble motivating themselves and work well in a competitive or high-pressure environment. Personally, I think I may qualify as one of these people, but I am still not sold that this app would work well for me. I think, a lot of the time, I would press the "skip" button that you are only supposed to press when you go on vacation. If this app had a way to prevent that, I think it would be more useful for me. However, I do think there are many features of this app that work very well. For example, I like that you are able to see your completion percentage for the day. I also like that you can track your progress over the course of a few days or weeks. This information would be really helpful, as it is not something that I currently have a real way of tracking. This app does not break bad habits as much as it helps you recognize bad habits, and it leaves the breaking part up to you.
