From the title of this article I thought they might have come up with some crazy new-age slipper design, that maybe glowed or something with them saying they were going test slipper in a lab. But that is still exciting that they are going to be experimenting with a new play. I have seen both the Disney Cinderella and Ever After, and it will be interesting to see which one the play resonates with more. Currently I am having trouble picturing how exactly a musical Cinderella/Ever After would stage, but you would certainly need some pretty elaborate set designs and some rather intricate costumes. That is if they are sticking to the original time period, which I really hope they are since putting cinderella on the current time period is seriously over done theses days.
